Management Team


    Najdia Elsner was born in Karachi, Pakistan, and has also lived in Canada, Japan, and the United States. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas in Liberal Arts, concentrating in Economics and Political Science. Naj worked for three years in Niigata Prefecture, Japan as an instructor at a number of Japanese companies and private schools. After returning to the United States, she worked for the Institute of International Education in its Houston office as a Program Officer, where she coordinated the Intercultural Management Services Division. Currently, Naj serves as President for Logistical Solutions International, Inc. where she is responsible for special projects related to furthering LSI's mission of being the primary provider of support services for international visitors around the world. Naj speaks English and Urdu, and has studied French and Japanese.

    John A. Elsner was born in Olympia, Washington. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas in Liberal Arts, concentrating in Philosophy and Communications, and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. John worked for three years in Niigata Prefecture, Japan as a participant in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program and served as National Chair for AJET, a nationwide organization dedicated to assisting expatriates living in Japan. After returning to the United States, he practiced law as a small business and litigation attorney for a number of years. Currently, John serves as Senior Vice President/General Manager for Logistical Solutions International, Inc. where he is responsible for the overall management of the company.

    Larry Page was born in Houston, Texas. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Houston and a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. Over the last 25 years, he has worked as Treasurer, Vice President of Finance, Financial Advisor, and Financial Consultant for a number of large corporations in a variety of industries. Currently, Larry serves as Vice President - Finance and Accounting for Logistical Solutions International, Inc. where he oversees all aspects of the Accounting Department. He is a member of the Asia Society of Texas and the Association for 
    Financial Professionals.

    Jessica Smith was born in Houston, Texas. She is a graduate (Summa Cum Laude) of Houston Baptist University, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (BBA), double majoring in Business Administration and Management. Her international experience includes business visits with C-level executives from the oil and gas industry in England, Belgium, and France, and researching the business practices and ethics of multiple countries. She previously worked as a Project Supervisor at LSI, coordinating projects in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Currently, Jessica serves as Vice President – Middle East for Logistical Solutions International, Inc. where she oversees operations for the company in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Turkey, Cyprus, Jordan, Kuwait, and Iraq.

    Analisse Orr was born in Den Haag, The Netherlands. She also lived in Texas, California, and Bangladesh before earning a Bachelors of Science degree (Summa Cum Laude) from Houston Baptist University, double majoring in Economics and Political Science, and being awarded Most Distinguished Graduate in both departments. She previously worked as a Project Supervisor at LSI, supervising projects in North America and Europe. Currently, Analisse serves as Vice President – Operations for Logistical Solutions International, Inc. in its Houston office where she oversees the allocation of company resources for projects, staff training, and the LSI Medical Administrative Support (MAS) System.

    Ralph Seiler
     was born in Vienna, Austria to a Swiss/German father, and a Mexican/Russian/French mother. He grew up in New York City, Brussels, and Paris, and has since lived in a variety of cities in Europe. He received his Masters Degree in Anthropology and Sociology from the Sorbonne University in Paris, and pursued doctoral studies in Anthropological Cinema at the Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes (E.P.H.E-Sorbonne). After graduation, he spent his first year in Texas working in the oil fields. He has worked in London and Paris for the film industry, translating films and documentaries, coordinating international film crews, and site scouting. For three years, Ralph worked for an agency in Paris offering high-end accommodations. He previously served as the LSI Operations Coordinator in France and then in Qatar, and currently is the Project Manager - WQ1 Travel where he supervises the tracking of international visitors to/from Iraq. He speaks English, French, Spanish, and Italian.

    Andrea Sugano was born in Houston, Texas to a Japanese father and a Dutch mother. She is a graduate (with honors) from the University of Texas at Austin, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree, double majoring in Economics and Philosophy. At UT, she studied the Japanese language, marched in the Longhorn Band, and participated in various campus and community service organizations. She previously worked as a Project Supervisor at LSI, supervising projects throughout North America. Currently, Andrea serves as a Project Manager for Logistical Solutions International, Inc. in its Houston office where she supervises the company’s projects related to Iraq which take place in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

    Nawar Al Mafraji was born in Baghdad, Iraq. He is a graduate (with Honors) of North East London College and completed the Marketing Management masters program at Warwick University in the United Kingdom. He worked for 25 years with the Iraq Ministry of Oil in a variety of departments, retiring as a Senior Manager. He previously worked as a Middle East Specialist for LSI in the U.S., Egypt, Jordan, and Iraq. Currently, Nawar serves as the Managing Director for Ain Alniser Lelkhadamat Al Naftia Mahdoudat Al Masoulia (Eagle Eye Oil Services Ltd.), LSI’s registered corporate entity in Iraq. He speaks Arabic and English.

    Ghaith M. Bisharat was born in Amman, Jordan. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the School of Economics and Managerial Sciences at Amman Private University. He previously worked as a Senior Coordinator for LSI in its Jordan Office, coordinating projects in North America, Europe, and the Middle East, and as the regional office’s Accountant. Currently, Ghaith serves as the Managing Director for Logistical Solutions International – Jordan and supervises large-scale projects in Southern Iraq. He speaks Arabic and English, and has studied French.
